Step 1

You first want to place a few napkins on a counter near a sink.

Step 2

Place you watch face up on the napkins. If you have a watch with a leather band, i suggest that you first take the band off. if you have a gel or steel band, you can take a few napkins and wrap them around the bands if you do not want to get Windex on them.

Step 3

Take the Windex and spray the face of the watch down really good. I learned that if you "drown" the diamonds with a good amount of Windex, you will notice the difference in the shine right away. Let the Windex settle on the diamonds for about a minute or two. In the mean time, spray down the brisles of your tooth brush with Windex and begin cleaning the diamonds. Make sure you take your time and clean the whole surface of the diamond. Spray more Windex if you have to. The best part about the Windex is that when you "drown" your diamonds, you are actually cleaning the dirt from the back of the stone inside the setting.

Step 4

Turn on the hot water to your sink and prepare your watch for rinsing. Use the napkins underneath you watch to tap dry the Windex from the diamonds. Add a little cold water so that it is now warm and clean your watch under the flowing water for about a minute.

Step 5

Simply use addlitional napkins and tap dry the entire watch once again and either let the watch air dry or you can use a blowdryer with medium heat. I hope this article will help bring the BLING out of you watch!
